Welcome to my website.  My name is Alison Bloch.  Some people call me Ali.  Some people get confused and call me Mr. Ali if they've never met me in person.

I am an independent Mobile Health (mHealth) Strategist.  I have deep experience helping multi-sector organizations with issues related to strategic direction, operational management, and the design and application of technological solutions in both the developed and developing world.     

I work with both for- and non-profit entities such as the World Bank, the mHealth Alliance, the GSM Association, pharmaceutical companies, technology organizations, Ministries of Health and ICT, NGOs, and social entrepreneurs.

My passion lies at the intersection of mobile technology, social enterprise and global health although I'm dabbling with other sectors like banking, education, agriculture and commerce.

I like to think of myself as a translator in a space where many different constituencies are struggling to work together to create positive change.  I'm always excited to learn about new projects or ideas and meet new people working towards social impact so please get in touch.
